Custom Crowdfunding Platform Dev for Finance Startup

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of an emerging markets financing startup. We’ve created a crowdfunding platform to allow individuals who want to make a difference with their money to invest in entrepreneurs within developing economies.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We hired them as a technical partner to create our crowdfunding platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
JustCoded created the infrastructure to enable us to onboard investors, advertise investment opportunities, and connect the two together. We customized a crowdfunding solution they already had, and they designed the web platform.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with two project managers, a finance lead, and several developers, including front- and backend and QA. I also had direct interactions with their CEO.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
We found them through a web search and looked through their reviews online. We were looking for an outsourced development partner that had experience setting up crowdfunding platforms.
JustCoded offered an all-in-one white label solution that we could customize for our own needs, so they were a great fit for us. They were also reasonably priced and had the ability to customize over time.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about £40,000 so far (approximately $52,200 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in December 2019, but we talked a couple of months before that. It’s an ongoing engagement, and they operate as our development team.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the first iteration as a whole, we were looking for a marketing platform with limited functionality, and they turned that around very quickly.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
JustCoded communicates well from a project management perspective. We communicate via phone calls, video conferencing, and Slack.
It got tricky when we had to integrate another third-party; it became complicated to manage the relationships. We work in sprints, doing individual chunks of work. While we’re not doing any work, the team does standard maintenance.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Compared to other development teams I’ve worked with, they’ve tried to understand our company's nuances and provide useful advice based on our brief rather than giving generic advice.
Their developers bought into our mission, and they now understand what we’re trying to create as a company and then work from there.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their QA function could use more work. They’re not alone in that, especially in my experience working with other developers.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear about your functional specifications, as with any interaction with a development team.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We're a digital printing company, running a factory in the North-East of England. I'm the company CTO and COO, looking after the technology teams and leading the technical product strategy.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We simply needed resources. With a driven, almost startup-like team, we're constantly coming up with ideas for products, features, and systems. We needed to find a team we could look to work with and feel confident with for these additions to our business-as-usual work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Having tested the water with them on a few smaller projects, we felt comfortable committing further and bringing them on as part of our team.
Having been invited over to meet them in person and formalize the relationship, together we designed a system that worked for both teams to collaborate effectively. We now have a full-time extension team at JustCoded working directly as if in our own offices, using Slack mainly to communicate and Atlassian products to manage the workloads.
The project is mainly written in Symfony PHP and JavaScript, a quite complex system using AngularJS and VueJS.
What is the team composition?
Having met the majority of the company, we class them all as the team. The official extension consists of 2 backends developers, 2 frontend developers, a project manager, and QA.
We have recently extended this by another couple of developers to support other elements of our platform.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
I initially went to friends and ex-colleagues who work in technology to see who they've been working with and speaking to. My aim was to find a team we could build a long-term relationship with but one that had experience in e-commerce, finance and building content management systems. JustCoded came up in one conversation favorably so I added them to a list to research further online.
Around the same time, one of their BDMs contacted me on LinkedIn and it turned out they had worked with a company we know. The conversations started from there, Konstantin's (CEO & Owner) understanding of our situation, his vision for their company, and the way they worked really appealed. They became clear favorites.
How much have you invested with them?
The investment is substantial, but the rewards are far greater and good value for money, especially considering the longer-term relationship.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2018. It's ongoing and will hopefully continue that way.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve thrown a lot of challenges at them, and they’ve always managed to find ways to help us get over the challenges, come out with a result, and deliver. In addition, through collaboration and excellent engagement in our project teams, we've much improved our Agile processes and overall project motion abilities.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been superb in terms of project planning, management, and organization. We follow a sprint-based agile method. It’s been a learning process; they started off quite slowly, as most teams do, and they sped up as they got to know things better.
The project execution is really good, as is the communication and interaction between our teams. We use Jira from the Atlassian suite. JustCoded’s team always meets deadlines, and they estimate very well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It comes back to their personalities. I’ve worked with a lot of outsourcing companies over the past 20 years, as well as teams that worked for the same business in different countries. You often find that there is a lot of friction, but JustCoded has been brilliant. Being able to see them and socialize with them a couple of times has rewarded us as a business, especially in terms of their output. Their personalities and the quality of the relationship have been the best things.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Print can be a very specialised world, there are lots of little things that can catch you. Understanding our business better will be our future focus, but outside, no, they are really good at what they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Talk to them and be honest and open. They will respect that and find a way to give you the best solutions.

Custom Software Dev for Mobile Network Operators Association
"They are a great company to work in Agile methodology."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the technology lead for a mobile network operators association.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We needed to create the first jointly test platform to test the GSMA Mobile Money API and Mojaloop.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, they developed an MVP (minimal viable product). The goal was to prove the concept of the platform. Simulators were used to simulate mobile operators and audit providers. We used an open-source API hub. The end-user will be developers from service providers and mobile operators; inter-communicating.
They are currently working on a first version product of the platform. The backend was developed in PHP with Laravel. The frontend was developed in Vue.js, deployed from AWS.
What is the team composition?
Anton (Project Manager) is my main contact. We have a frontend developer, backend developer, DevOps person, and a QA person. There was also a second backend developer for a period of time.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in January 2020, and it is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a hard deadline for the MVP of early March, which they met. They are on track to meet the deadline for the first version of the platform, which is the end of May. We’ve not had any problems with them making progress on each sprint, and we are confident in their abilities as the project continues. We plan to continue working with them for the foreseeable future.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
We use an Agile methodology. They send sprint-initiated emails at the beginning of each sprint defining the focus. They also send out an email at the end, describing what was, or was not, accomplished. We can then determine what should be added or removed for the next sprint. We communicate daily via Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are a great company to work in Agile methodology with. They adapt quickly, and have great attitudes when fixing issues that arise. They’re also helpful in finding solutions to help us out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we’re happy with what they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open to working in Agile methodology.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the former CTO of Camly, an investment management platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We work with investors, and we needed to build a website that provides security, privacy, and stability, so they felt confident using the website to do transactions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed the whole website from scratch, including everything from the design phase to the development phase They did all the wireframing and mockups, and then developed the backend with PHP.
What is the team composition?
My point of contact was the delivery director. There’s a UI/UX designer, a backend developer, and a frontend developer as well.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
I did a Google search. I was interested in a company that had experience in developing websites that can provide financial transactions like online payments. I found 3–5 companies and looked at the work they’d done in the past. I chose JustCoded because they had done work very similar to ours.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $80,000–$90,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2019–January 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They deliver everything that I request. They’re honest, have good insight, and provide suggestions. They’re professional and the quality of their work is good.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
My point of contact and I talked every morning for about an hour to keep track of the progress of the project. I was happy with the collaboration because they’re responsive
What did you find most impressive about them?
My point of contact is very smart, insightful, and knowledgeable. His English is excellent, so communication is excellent. He’s one of the reasons why this collaboration ended happily.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They do everything very well. If there’s any concern, it’s the pricing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend people work with them. They will do a good job.

Web App Dev for Investment Company
"The quality of their team is high, especially on the project management side."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO of an investment company that offers alternative investment products.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We needed help to develop our MVP, which is a web application.
What was the scope of their involvement?
JustCoded developed our web application using their basic LenderKit solution. Their team had an initial product but we didn’t take any of it. Rather, they customized the product based on our wireframes.
In doing so, their team connected two APIs. One connects to a document signature company and the other connects to an identity verification service. They also built a number of steps into the onboarding process and developed an architecture that curates what users can view. We’re currently using the admin panel from their LenderKit but we'll have their team update it.
The platform allows investors to subscribe to have an account with us by fulfilling certain criteria such as completing an identity verification and answering regulatory questions. Then, users can view investment offerings and subscribe to them.
What is the team composition?
We work with one project manager who's leaving the company, so we also engage an overseer. We have one frontend developer full-time and one backend developer full-time. There’s also a quality assurance teammate who's assigned to our project. Another person does DevOps when needed.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
A previous client of JustCoded referred them to our CEO. We decided to go with them for a handful of reasons. It looked like their basic LenderKit solution was well-suited to our needs and would allow us to get our MVP to the market quickly. Their team felt capable to address all of the major features that we outlined for them. It felt like they would be ready to roll off their sleeves and wouldn’t need a lot of explanation. We also liked their team. We spoke with the project manager before the project started and the process felt collaborative. It was also cost-effective for us to customize their LenderKit.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2019 and our collaboration's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our advisors gave rewarding feedback. JustCoded captured the heart of what we needed quickly. Across the board, the quality of their work's positive. The combination of their LenderKit and their customizations meant that this project cost one-fifth of the price of similar solutions. That’s a combination of factors including their management and their teammates.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
We typically communicate via Slack and have a daily stand up with one of their project managers. They use Teamwork and the G Suite where we often share slides for mockups. We also use InVision.
Their project management’s on point. They’re prompt at communicating feedback. If they have questions about any bugs that we share or any designs, they’re detailed about what they need. Their team’s extremely well organized and pushed us to be better. They’re also very much in the weeds with us, which was impressive given the complexity of our development needs and investment structures.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their team is high, especially on the project management side. We continue to be impressed with our main contact at JustCoded. That definitely stands out compared to other service providers. The LenderKit solution is also powerful for anyone who needs a basic onboarding and offering structure.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If someone were to buy the LenderKit solution, it's worth noting that the admin panel is a little challenging. They could work on their content management systems.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
This is basic advice for managing a process well: test promptly and communicate feedback regularly.

Website Refresh for Financial Services Firm

Please describe your company and your position there.
Glenhawk are an experienced team for the property finance industry founded in 2018. They offer the capabilities to speed-up, simplify and bring transparency to short term property finance. Now a leading visionary in the market, they pride themselves on their ability to understand their clients needs. I am the Freelance Senior Designer within the Marketing Team.
For what projects/services did your company hire JustCoded?
Glenhawk where in need of a brand refresh and wanted to update their website within the Property Finance marketplace. They are experiencing rapid growth and attracting a lot of good press. With the introduction of new product offerings to clients and an increasing team it was time to inject their brand values and character into their website to make a bold statement within their industry and attract new business.
What were your goals for this project?
The solution had to be responsive, customisable for site maintenance and user friendly for their customers looking to get in contact with Glenhawk’s team on various devices. It needed to be built with Wordpress as it was a familiar platform used by the Marketing team and the CMS is relatively simple to use to make future updates.
How did you select this vendor?
They were recommended by myself as I have worked with JustCoded previously on other projects at different agencies and knew the standard of their work. They are a great team to collaborate with and always strive to find a solution or even enhance a design feature to make the UX as efficient as possible.
Lastly, they have been the only development team that have managed to replicate my designs down to the pixel. This is important for a designer as we care about the aesthetics as well as the functionality.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They developed, configured and built a CMS for us which gave great flexibility. The project started with a Skype call discussing the design, functionalities and the particular elements we wanted the site to feature to make it not only UX friendly but useful as a tool.
Once the designs were approved, and the stylesheets finalised, the designs were sent across. They came back with any queries they had, which were answered by myself or the Head of Marketing, and gave us a scope for the duration of the project and what was to be actioned during each sprint.
The sprints were around 1 - 2 weeks with a demonstration of progress made weekly. At the end of each sprint we gave feedback to make amends and they we actioned quite quickly.
What was the team composition?
The team comprised of 1 Designer, 2 Project Manager, 2 Developers (1 Front End, 1 Backend). We were the same team that saw the progress and production of the website from start to finish.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
During this project they have incorporated some cool micro animations to elements of the site that gave the overall experience of the site more charm and that is one of the many things I like about this company they truly like to collaborate and innovate.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project was management by both teams development side and client side. They had two members oversee the project to ensure deliverables were met and that the work was being achieved within budget with the right amount of resource.
On client side we managed any additional design requests or changes that were needed during the duration of the project. Communication was very fluid as we spoke via email or Skype. Email mainly for sprint feedback and Skype for quick requests and questions that needed answering quickly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The team from JustCoded is fast and always willing to provide helpful suggestions. There have been times where something may have been overlooked by our part and they are quick to point it out so we can make amends.
They are very detailed in their feedback and breakdowns and they have a great eye for detail when it comes to matching the build to the design.
Are there any areas for improvement?
When we got the initial breakdown for the scope of the project it was so detailed that it almost became more work just trying to understand how the budget was being distributed for resource which resulted in a call to get some clarify.
After that all was understood so, maybe I would suggest them giving more of a top level overview of their breakdowns so it isn't so granular. But apart from that everything else has been nothing but great.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Intern Group (TIG). TIG offers international internship programs in 15+ destinations to students from across the globe.
For what projects/services did your company hire JustCoded?
TIG needed an updated website from a technical and design perspective. We were hit with a Google algorithm which meant we needed a completely new site.
What were your goals for this project?
Increase conversion rate from traffic to application. Increase website speed according to google page speed insights. Increase organic traffic from Google.
How did you select this vendor?
My team reviewed a number of vendors in the region. We created a short list and eventually hired Just Coded based on perceived value for money and their expertise in WordPress.
Describe the project in detail.
Just Coded did a tech review of our existing site to validate work we did with our SEO firm. They confirmed that we could not fix our existing site and needed to start our new website from scratch. They then presented us with the mock ups and design for our new site page by page.
We went through many drafts and iterations until it looked the way we wanted it to look according to the requirements document we had sent Just Coded at the beginning. And then Just Coded went into development as we approved each page. We had a tight timeline, and doing both design and dev alongside each other proved to speed the project up. We then launched the site and continued to optimize until we were hitting our goals. This lasted for 4 months after we initially launched.
What was the team composition?
We had our Head of Marketing leading the charge on our behalf. The Just Coded team that was dedicated to us was comprised of a UX/UI Designer, a FE and BE developer as well as a project manager. They also had a team doing QA and testing, but we never interacted with that them from memory.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From a technical perspective, Just Coded has proven to be true WordPress experts. We were very happy when our SEO firm ran a tech audit in the site they created that mostly everything came back positive. And any tweaks we needed to make, we did. After we launched the site, our speed increased and the conversion rate was higher than on our previous site. We continued to work with JC to continuously make changes and tweaks to the site to make sure we were hitting all of the goals we had set.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I think that this is the main opportunity for improvement from Just Coded. We had a disorganized project manager which made the experience stressful for both Just Coded and TIG. However, when we highlighted the struggles, JC immediately escalated our case to the Delivery Director, Igor, who is very talented and got our project back on track. Now, we are working with a new project manager who is a good improvement.
Throughout the project there were disagreements over what was agreed initially in the scope. My suggestion to JC is to make sure there is a very detailed project scope before going into the work so everyone is on the same page with what is to be completed. We had sent over a requirements document at the very beginning but I quickly learned that it was not detailed enough.
This was also my main learning on our end that when working with 3rd parties on projects, always make sure that both sides are very clear on the SOW. There was no urgency from JC to have this, so we proceeded anyway. This caused pain later.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The finished product came out very well. There is good technical knowledge on their team. They worked with our tight deadlines and made it all happen.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Purely my point on communication and having a detailed project scope before starting a project with a client.

Website Design & Dev for Digital Design Studio
"They manage their processes very well."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business director at Effection, a small, independent digital studio based in London.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
We were looking for a team to build the digital products that we were designing. The main help we needed was around web development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped with web development. In some instances, they were coming up with solutions for us as well. All the sites we did with them were WordPress sites. Most of the sites are simple: They’re not transactional websites.
We managed the website from our side in terms of the scoping, user experience, and user interface. Once it got into wireframes and positioning, we’d get JustCoded involved and get their thoughts and feedback. We handed them the wireframes and designs and they built it.
After that, we’d hand it to them for development in which they worked in sprints. We had some occasions with very tight deadlines. There was one instance where we had seven websites that all needed to be launched before Christmas.
What is the team composition?
There were a project manager and an account director.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
Initially, we met their business director at a conference. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable about web building. We tested it with a couple of web projects and they were incredibly efficient. They are a very finely tuned business and are able to advise things that were out of our realms of knowledge. We initiated a really good relationship with the key members of that team. Due to the success of working with them, we ended up scaling up the work that we did.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested $20,000-$30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2017 until March 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of their work is really high. They’ve always delivered. They were excellent at helping us get projects launched in time and staying within budget.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
We had a great project manager who would inform us of each sprint. They’re incredibly efficient with timing. When they quote the project until delivery, they’re quite spot on. They make sure to stay in budget and give full reports. They communicate throughout the process. We work in Sketch and InVision. They were very good at checking in and making sure they were supporting us or allocating resources.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They manage their processes very well. They have such a good process in place that you feel very confident in the project and how they’re approaching it. They’re great at helping us if we need to quote early stages for a client before they’ve seen a wireframe. They can give us some guidance, which is quite important for us because we’re a small company. We share new business plans so they can see what’s in the pipeline.
Are there any areas they could improve?
After a project has gone live, there’s a lot of tweaking that goes on with a client. We need to respond to those for our clients quite quickly. Once a project was live with JustCoded, it was quite hard to get them booked. All of those tweaks then incurred more costs. That was our only challenge.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Strategy & Marketing Director for a startup neuroexperience company in Singapore called Rebel & Soul. We have a proprietary neuroscience methodology that we apply to create memorable brand experiences.
For what projects/services did your company hire JustCoded?
We used JustCoded for the UX and design component for our website. Not only did we need an entirely new site, but we needed a new look & feel too!
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a new brand identity that stood out and a design that was simple, easy to use and educational from a users perspectives (as we were creating a new industry niche)
How did you select this vendor?
We came across JustCoded after doing an extensive search both locally and globally. Dealing with JC was easy from a clients perspective - they use all the right tools and processes, and create a team and workflow whereby everyone is working on the project together.
Describe the project in detail.
Once we selected JustCoded, there were a series of discovery meetings whereby JC seeked to understand our brief in further detail as well as the strategy for the business. We
What was the team composition?
Web lead went through to Bus Dev Manager who was super helpful, knowledgable about JC the work they do and the process moving forward. Once I confirmed we wanted to move ahead I was assigned an Account Manager whom got all the documentation ready, and was also responsible for billings.
Once all documentation was approved, I was then passed over to the Project Manager who led the project. I had bi-weekly sprint calls with both the PM and Designer which was really time consuming, but super helpful to have everyone on the call. Meant the entire project moved quickly!
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are, for the first time, seeing lots of web leads coming through via contacts, credentials and whitepaper downloads. This is as a result of our new brand in market and external marketing efforts, but the new website was the catalyst for who we are out in market today. We're seeing lots of traction and intrigue around the 'neuroexperience' niche we have created.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned above we caught up twice a week. The time difference was a little tricky to manoeuvre and meant I did extra long hours on the two days we caught up, but all in all is was a very efficient process and workflow.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They helped us push our design boundaries by getting us to think differently. We were also impressed with the efficiency of their process and their knowledge of the industry/new tech/new design trends
Are there any areas for improvement?
The only area for improvement is sending over rough schedule (so I can manage internal stakeholders/diaries) and requirements more in advance. Upfront I felt I was constantly chasing for the information JC needed from us - as I wanted to ensure we had everything ready to go at kickoff. I Managing my time and requirements upfront. Unfortunately for me it was a lot of scrambling in the beginning to try and meet requirements and deadlines.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
The company I work for is called Paal15 and it’s a strategic marketing agency. My role within the company is as the creative director.
What challenge were you trying to address with JustCoded?
The last two projects we did with them were website development related, so we design complete web-based experiences and needed someone to develop the code to run everything.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our team develops the graphic design of all the pages and any elements that need to live on the website, such as custom animations or interactions that will occur there. We define those requirements, and then they develop that into working code.
We use Scratch for designing the websites and Principal for prototyping animations and they help us translate that into a workable WordPress website from both the front- and backend. They handle everything from making sure the website is responsive, to ensuring it functions on any kind of web browser or device the user might have.
What is the team composition?
I’m not sure how many developers from their site actually worked on the project, but we worked with one account manager and project manager. He was focused on ensuring overall timelines and scope, and the financing side of things. We were also involved with one project manager who is also quite knowledgeable on the development side as well, who we would talk with about actual details of the design and development.
How did you come to work with JustCoded?
We were searching for a new development partner and looked at a lot of agencies, but liked JustCoded in particular because of their presence in the financial technology space, which is one of our core audiences. We started talking and realized that they would be able to be both things for us, from both the web development perspective and also from a platform development and application perspective as well.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around €18,000 (approximately $20,200 USD) in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from February–June 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
From a technical perspective, there is a very good level of functionality and reliability in all the features they’ve added to the site. I think for us it was really important that they understood our vision of what we were trying to achieve. They did their job very well in that regard and really worked with us to try to bring that to life.
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
It feels like they’re invested in the relationship and actually doing the work right, so they structure the whole process from start to finish in a way that really allows us to manage the project from our end and be confident that they would deliver. We had a call with our project manager twice a week and would communicate more frequently through email, Skype, and Google Sheets to make sure that all of our questions were being answered.
We had occasional moments where there was some lack of clarity in terms of delivery time and budget, but in the end, it worked out very well. They modified their development process to a more agile method during our work with them. That gave us a lot more flexibility in being able to adjust as we went, but it also cost a bit of clarity at times on when we would be done.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the things I appreciated was their commitment to focus on UX during development. They framed the whole project around trying to deliver better experiences and better best practices and were a lot of help in that regard. Rather than being handed the design, they tried to be as involved in the process to improve their understanding of what we wanted the site to be able to do in the end.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing I’d like to see improve is for them to establish a clearer project timeline and budgeting process.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would give the advice to ensure that the scope and all of those decisions have been completely finished before you start so that you don’t end up with any surprises down the line, both on your end and theirs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did JustCoded perform from a project management standpoint?
Based on their performance on our latest project, they’ve improved across several categories. They’re now more able to clearly communicate the schedule to us by keeping the timelines realistic. It’s easier to understand when something would be completed, which allows us to communicate and manage schedules with our clients, too. Some things were even done earlier than expected.
JustCoded has been able to deliver their work in a timely manner. They manage the project well and exhibit good communication skills. Additionally, the team’s willingness to understand and cater to the business’ mission sets them apart from other service providers.
